You are trained in completing this course in the sacraments, services, and the nature of our religion, as well as the laws of the church. Az Esztergomi Érsekség működésének biztosítása és az Apostoli Kamara elvárásainak való megfelelés érdekében kinevezzük Fellegvári Heinat Egyházmegyei Kamarásnak.
Az Egyházmegyei Kamarás feladata, hogy az Érsekség pénzügyeit felügyelje. Ezen tisztség betöltésére az egyházmegye olyan tagja nevezhető ki, akinek hite a legmagasabbak egyike a megyében, elkötelezett az Egyház felé és munkáját tisztességgel látja el. Úgy véljük, hogy megfelelő személyt találtunk.
A Kamarás feladata a heti jelentések elkészítése és továbbítása a prefektúrának. Valamint utasítás esetén az egyházmegye engedményeinek kezelése és a plébániák adójának kivetése és felügyelete.

We, Losonci Hubertusz, parish priest of Esztergom, Prefect of the Apostolic Chamber, Cartulary of the New Apostolic Congregation,
In order to ensure the functioning of the Archdiocese of Esztergom and to meet the requirements of the Apostolic Camera, we appoint Heina Fellegvári to Diocesan Chamberlain.
The Diocesan Chamberlain is responsible for overseeing the finances of the Archdiocese. A member of the Diocese whose faith is one of the highest in the County, whose commitment to the Church and whose work is honourable may be appointed to this office. We believe we have found the right person.
The Chamberlain is responsible for preparing weekly reports and forwarding them to the Prefecture. Also, when instructed, to administer the diocesan concessions and to levy and supervise parish taxes.

Aiming to fulfill and execute the constant and perennial mission gived to this Congregation, we have decreed and determined and, by our present perpetual and final edict, we decree and determine the appointment of Priest Losonci Hubertusz to position of Chartulary for the Hungarian Region.
Imbued with its functions, the new Chartulary of the Congregation for the New Apostolate will have the primary task of assist, advise and help the Apostolic High Commissioner in the development of the Roman Aristotelian Church in his region of activity.

In view of the momentary impossibility of the Bishop of Győr to assume the In Gratibus functions of his Diocese, we have decreed and determined and, by our present perpetual and final edict, we decree and determine the appointment of the Father Atlantisz Nádasdy Abbot, to the position of Diocesan Administrator of the Diocese of Győr.
In his duties, the new Diocesan Administrator will have the principal and primary attribution of providing advice and assistance to the Bishop of Győr in the In Gratibus management of his Diocese, under the instructions, orders and authority of the respective prelate or, in the absence of the Bishop, of the Apostolic High Commissioner.

Have ruled and ordered, and by our present perpetual and final edict, say and order the appointment of the Father Losonci Hubertusz, to the position of Vicar General of the Metropolitan Archdiocese of Esztergom.
In his new role, the new Vicar General will have the primary responsibility of assisting the Metropolitan Archbishop of Esztergom in his administrative and pastoral duties.
While the Metropolitan See of Esztergom is vacant, the new Vicar General will assist the Apostolic High Commissioner in carrying out the administrative and pastoral activities of the Archdiocese.
Without prejudice to his duties in view of the vacant See, the Vicar General is authorized to exercise the function of Diocesan Administrator of the Archdiocese of Esztergom.

Mi, a Legkiválóbb és Legtisztelendőbb Lord Adonnis, Isten kegyelméből, a Szent Római Egyház Sagres-i bíborosa, Győzedelmes Szent Bálint bíboros-püspök, az Új Apostoli Kongregáció apostoli főbiztosa és kancellárja, nemzetközi bíboros-inkvizítor, Braga érseke, Lamego és Ostia püspöke, stb., a Magasságos és a Próféták fénye alatt, valamint Őszentsége IV. Sixtus szuverén pápa és az egyetemes egyház pápája akaratából,
Elrendeltük és elrendeljük, és jelen örök és végleges rendeletünkkel kimondjuk és elrendeljük Losonci Hubertusz atya kinevezését, az alábbi pozícióba: az Esztergomi Főegyházmegye Általános Helynöke.
Új szerepkörében az új Általános Helynök elsődleges feladata az lesz, hogy segítse az Esztergomi Főegyházmegyét adminisztratív és lelkipásztori feladataiban.
Amíg az esztergomi Érseki szék betöltetlen, az új Általános Helynök az apostoli főbiztost fogja segíteni az Érsekség adminisztratív és lelkipásztori tevékenységeinek ellátásában.
A megüresedett székhellyel kapcsolatos feladatainak sérelme nélkül az Általános Helynök jogosult az Esztergomi Főegyházmegye egyházmegyei adminisztrátori feladatainak ellátására.

Mi, monsinjor Augustin Krasoljub Iločki, nadbiskup Rijeke, štitonoša-palatin od Svetog Ivana Lateranskog, Barun Iloka, prosuđujemo, očitujemo i zaključujemo
Po kanonskim ovlastim koje propisuje Sveta Majka Crkva, sa zborom kardinala i našim pontifikatom Sikstom IV., na području Rijeke župa, koja je pod jurisdikcijom Metropolitanske nadbiskupije Rijeka, dogodilo se ilegalno uzimanje In Gratebus pozicije župnog upravitelja od strane građanina Luiza. i time se prekršio kanon knjige druge, 2.2 stavka o župama.
S toga, po biskupskom autoritetu, mandat Luiza. označujemo kao – NEVALJAN i osuđujemo svaki pokušaj djelovanja.
DODATAK;
Ovim putem pozivam vjernike župe Rijeka da ne prisustvuju misnim slavljima koje upražnjava neovlaštena osoba jer trenutno ne znamo nakane i koje liturgijske obrede štuje.
Ovim putem iskazujemo zabrinutost proglasa nadbiskupa Udina, njegove ekselencije Mons. Ettore Asburgo D'Argovia te pozivamo na zajedničku molitvu Hrvatskog i Venecijanskog naroda kako bi Svevišnji vratio naše In Gratebus crkve u ruke vjernika i njihovih pastira.
