The Wallachian entered in the Basilica of Rome. Even if he had seen often the beautiful edifice, the Basilica had been impressing him always when Mircea had been walking between chairs and looking to the walls, the pictures and the unique religious ornaments. Now, the Wallachian had wanted to be present at the ceremony dedicated to Saint Olcovidius.

The cardinals of Montemayor and of Ozora had been already there, doing the last preparations to celebrate the day of the Saint. Mircea greeted them and took a place close to the altar. He had listened the steps of believers and of clerks entering in the Basilica and waiting the beginning of the ceremony.

Saint Olcovidius... Mgr Edoardo Borromeo Galli had sometimes read the story of the life of that elder father of the Aristotelian Church, and he rested in silent pray when entering the Basilica, waiting for the celebration.

San Olcovidius...

Mons. Eliogabalo crossed the sacred threshold of the Basilica. A hands folded in prayer, came to the first bench and sat there in meditation. He watched fleeting some of the present and noted the presence of Mons. Tacuma and the celebrant, the Cardinal Rev.mo Giarru. That place was full of spirituality, holiness and greatness, and always caused the young priest with a sense of awe and submission.

Canto

The bells of St. Titus began to play and started the ceremony that began with a solemn procession from the nave of the basilica.

A long line of clerics, bishops and cardinals marched in procession to the high altar.

The celebrant Alexander was very excited, passing through the aisles of St. Titus, smiled and gave blessings to the faithful for the event.

Everything was ready, and prepared all came to the altar in order for the start of the celebration ...

Io credo in Dio l'Altissimo Onnipotente,

Io credo nell' azione divina,
In Santa Romana Chiesa aristotelica, una e indivisibile,
In con la comunione dei Santi
In remissione dei peccati
Nella Vita Eterna.

AMEN.

--------

The meeting was all gathered in silence waiting for the Cardinal's words:

"Dear brothers and sisters, meanwhile, welcome today in this great day of celebration for our Holy Church. Many do not know the importance of commemoration that we're going to do, but I absolutely need this celebration of the importance and power of this saint and martyr of the Church. Before getting to the heart of the commemoration of St. Olcovidius repeat together:

I believe in God, the Most High Almighty,
Creator of the Sky and the Earth,
Hell and Paradise,
Judge of our heart until the hour of death.

And in Aristotle, the prophet,
The son of Nicomachus and Phaestis,
Sent to teach wisdom
And the divine laws of the Universe to straying men.

I also believe in Christos,
Son of Maria and Joseph.
Who dedicated His life to show us the way to Paradise.
Thus after He suffered under Ponce the Procurator,
He died as a martyr to save us.
He joined the Sun where Aristotle waited on the right-hand side of the Father.

I believe in Divine Action;
In the Holy Roman Aristotelian Church;
In the communion of Saints;
In the remission of sins;
In Eternal Life.

AMEN
