The appointment of Astuzia as Secretary Apostolic of [bIndependent Countries[/b].
He is elevated a member of our Glorious Congregation and main mission will be to represent the Holy See to the temporal authorities and to coordinate the Nuncios in Serenissima Repubblic of Venice, Kingdom of Hungary & Croatia, Kingdom of Bosnia, Kingdom of Serbia, Kingdom of Albania, Principat of Valachia, Kingdom of Bulgary.
To this nomination, follow the Special Benediction to the Ship "Aurora".
Aurora Ship will bear the Vessel of Glorious Congregation, and his mission will be to serve the voyages of our Apostolic Agents.

La nomina di Astuzia come Segretario Apostolico dei Paesi Indipendenti.
Egli diventa così membro della nostra Gloriosa Congregazione e avrà come missione principale la rappresentanza della Santa Sede nei confronti del potere temporale e l'obiettivo di coordinare i Nunzi della Serenissima Repubblica Venezia, Regno di Ungheria e Croazia, Regno di Bosnia, Regno di Serbia, Regno di Albania, Principato di Valacchia, Regno di Bulgaria.
A questa nomina, segue la Speciale Benedizione della nave Aurora.
La nave Aurora porterà il Vessillo della Gloriosa Congregazione e la sua missione sarà il fornire transito ai membri della Nunziatura.
