    Apostolic letter to the bishops

We, Cardinals of the Holy Roman and Universal Aristotelian Church, gathered in the Sacred College, under the gaze of Aristotle and Christos,

To you, brothers and sisters in the episcopate

The Sacred College has for a long time observed the new implementations and the complications that they engendered, as well as their difficult application which has often led to conflicts and divisions.
All of us, in our possibilities, have tried to face this new situation and it is only thanks to the attachment of our faithful and in particular to you, brothers and sisters, that our Holy Church resisted this revolution.
We have been hit hard not only by the natural complications of the new systems, but also by those who always serve the Nameless Creature against the Word of the Most High.
Many have tried to profit from our sudden weakness: heretics and schismatics have plotted to take away our parishes, depraved rulers have stormed our dioceses.
We have lost a lot, in many we suffered but we managed to resist. Despite all the difficulties, despite the machinations of the nameless and his disciples, the Holy Church is alive.
Together we will rebuild, we will recover what we have lost, we will heal the wounds and we will return to serve the Most High in the mission that He entrusted us.

However, in these difficult times we have been able to see which is our greatest weakness. It is not the number of milites, not the number of clerics, not the organisation of our provinces.
The sad reality is that, in the moment of greatest need, we were without a guide, our Pastor, our Holy Father, the successor of Titus, the Titan who must support the Holy Church was not there to lead us.
If we want to prevent our Holy Church from being so defenceless again, that it does not become prey to coward vultures, if we want to rebuild it stronger than before, we must restore our guide.
To this end, in the past months, the Sacred College took the first measures to allow the appointment of the Holy Father Innocent as Pope Emeritus, in order to elect a new Sovereign Pontiff.

Nevertheless, we understand very well that this decision would have a huge impact and it would affect not only the Sacred College, but the ehole Aristotelian Community.
And it is for this reason that we write to you, our brothers and sisters in the episcopate, the successors of the apostles, you who more than anybody else face the difficulties every day and would face with this change.
Before taking an official and final decision, we want to hear your opinion. We want such an important decision to have the highest unanimity. It should not bring division but renewed unity.
For this reason, in the coming days a special vote will be opened within the Ecumenical Synod. All consecrated bishops are invited to participate to express their own preference. We are sure that there will be the highest participation.
May the Most High guide our steps towards the best decision, we will listen to your choice and we will share it.

    To all, apostolic blessing.

For the Sacred College of the Cardinals

Alfonso Augusto di Foscari Widmann d'Ibelin,
    Cardinal-Archidiacre de Rome.

    Pontifical Indult - XIV
Covering the office of commendatory steward and sacristan

To priests, abbots, bishops and prelates of the Aristotelian Communion,

By virtue of the canon law Can. P-IV-1.2, the Sacred College of Cardinals, empowered to amend the Canon Law, decided by way of Indult the amendment of the third part of the second book of canons titled "Regimini secularis ecclesiae", modifying the charges commendatory steward and sexton.

Also, We, Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian and Roman Church, in the name of the Sovereign Pontiff Innocent VIII and under the gaze of Aristotle, have ruled and proclaimed, and by our present indult perpetual and definitive, let us say, statute and proclaim the following Canons , relating to the duties of commendatory steward and sexton:

Fourteenth Pontifical Indult, Book 2, Part III a écrit:

      **original canon

Article 13 : The commendatory steward is a faithful and a theologian of the Aristotelian Church [level VI way of the Church] named In Gratebus at the head of a diocese by the episcopal assembly whose diocese depends. He is not considered a cleric and has no soul load. He is therefore not invested with any religious or spiritual authority.

        - Article 13.1 : The commendatory steward is placed under the authority of the Vicar General, the Diocesan Vicar, the First Archdeacon or the Archdeacon. In case of vacancy of all these positions in the diocese concerned, the competent Episcopal Assembly appoints a tutor who is necessarily clerk.

        - Article 13.2 : The mission of the intendant commendatory is necessarily defined by the Episcopal Assembly which appoints it within the limits enacted by this law. Nevertheless, its main mission is to allow the In Gratebus appointments and to serve as visible relays between the faithful and the Church.

        - Article 13.3 : The commendatory steward may accumulate his office with other clerical functions.

n.b. : The commendatory steward's office is necessarily temporary. It aims to overcome an urgency and a severe lack of vocations or priests in a given diocese. In most cases, the intendant will accumulate the duties of vicar or archdeacon, thus enabling him to have the care of souls.

      **Modified Canon

Article 13 : The Diocesan or Apostolic Administrator - The Causal Quadriptych:

The Material Cause = He must be a faithful and theologian of the Aristotelian Church [level VI way of the Church].
The efficient cause = It is appointed by the Pope at the request of the episcopal assembly of which the diocese depends.
The formal cause = He is enthroned by the episcopal assembly of which the diocese depends.
The final cause = It has the main mission to ensure the In Gratebus management of the diocese and to serve as a visible relay between the faithful and the Church.

        - Article 13.1 : The diocesan Administrator sede plena , that is to say in the presence of a bishop who can not ensure the In Gratebus management of the diocese, is placed under the authority of the bishop Res Parendo responsible for diocese.

        - Article 13.2 : The diocesan Administrator vacates , that is to say in the absence of a designated bishop, is placed under the authority of the episcopal assembly of which the diocese depends.

        - Article 13.3 : The diocesan Administrator is not considered a cleric and does not have a soul load. He is therefore not invested with any religious or spiritual authority.

n.b. : The diocesan Administrator can administer the sacraments only

        - Article 13.4 : The diocesan Administrator may accumulate his office with other clerical functions.

        - Article 13.5 : The exceptional canonical text on the Secular Clergy for the Italian peninsula and the lands of Ireland is applied by analogy, in its parts concerning the bishops, to the diocesan Administrator.

Fourteenth Pontifical Indult, Book 2.2, Part I a écrit:

      **original canon

      Sacristan (doing priest's office).

The material cause = he must be baptized and theologian of the Aristotelian Church (N3VE).
The efficient cause = it is appointed by the archbishop or the bishop whose communal or city parish where he is appointed depends.
The formal cause = he is enthroned by the archbishop or bishop whose parish where he is appointed depends.

      The final cause

It is necessary as much as possible to avoid the sacristans as a fixed charge, and to use them only to compensate for a real lack of cure.

The sacristan takes care of the sacristy and thus prepares the office In God for the officiant.

There are two types of Sacristan: the simple faithful and the deacons.

      **Modified Canon

Parish Administrator - The Causal Quadriptych:

The Material Cause = He must be faithful to the Church.
The Efficient Cause = It is proposed during community prayer by local parishioners to the ecclesiastical hierarchy.
The formal cause = He is authorized to take charge of the parish offices and his election is sanctioned by the bishop whose parish depends or by his delegate.
The final cause = It has the main mission to ensure the In Gratebus management of the parish and serve as a visible relay between the faithful and the Church.

        - The parish Administrator sede plena , that is to say in the presence of a parish priest who can not ensure the In Gratebus management of the parish, is placed under the authority of the parish priest Res Parendo responsible for the parish.

        - The parish Administrator, who is vacant , that is to say, in the absence of a designated parish priest, is placed under the authority of the bishop whose parish depends.

        - The Parish Administrator is not considered a cleric and does not have a soul charge. He is therefore not invested with any religious or spiritual authority.

n.b. : The Parish Administrator may administer the sacraments only if he holds another office that allows him.

        - The Parish Administrator can accumulate his office with other clerical functions.

        - The Parish Administrator is responsible for the execution of the Masses In Gratebus and the confessions In Gratebus or for appointing the necessary confessors.

    To all, apostolic blessing.

For the Sacred College of Cardinals, Attanasio Borgia,
    Sanctae Romanae Ecclesiae Cardinalis Camerarius.

Given in Rome, the IV of March, the Sunday of the Year of Grace MCDLXVI.

Do you wish to rise? Begin by descending. You plan a tower that will pierce the clouds? Lay first the foundation of humility.

Appeal to all member of the British Clergy

We,her Eminence, Caillen Jolieen MacKinnon Rose, in our responsibility as Cardinal Deacon of Saint Dominica in Capite, Bishop In Partibus of Lamia, General Vicar of the Archdiocese of Glasgow in front of the Most High and under the sight of Aristotle the Prophet,  :

are deeply worried about the most recent reactions of our fellow Cardinals-Brother and Primate of the British Isles Josephus, we see a need to appeal to all members of the British Clergy to remember that the Aristotelian Faith is relying on obidience towards superiors and is based on a strict hierarchy. We therefore ask all of you to think twice before following the last announcement of Brother Josephus who must obviously have forgotten about such simple rules.
Decissions of our superiors need to be followed we all have accepted this simple rule durring our ordination. Do not follow the insubordination exemplified by him. Do not let you be misguided by pride and the greediness for power but think twice about your actions.
      .
May you be guided on your path of virtue and blessed by the Most High

Given in the Palazzo Madama in Rome,,
On XI of October, in the year of grace MCDLXVII, the first year under the reign of H.H.Sixtus IV

    Caillen Jolieen MacKinnon Rose
Cardinal-Deacon of Saint Dominica in Capite
    Bishop in Partibus of Lamia
