We, his Eminence Attanasio Borgia Chancellor of the Congregation of the Evangelization of Peoples, Duke of Camerino an Baron of Pizzoli, Cardinal-Archbishop of Ravenna, Cardinal-priest of the parish of Sainte Adonia du Trastevere,
In the name of the Congregation of the Evangelization of People.
Have decreed and ordered, and by our present perpetual and definitive edict, declare, rule, and command the revocation of his Exc. Monsignor Napoleone Barberini [Nepoleone87] from his position of Prefect in the Prefecture of Pilgrimage because of its long unjustified absence.
His long periods of absenteeism are not consistent with the vision that we have of the Congregation. For the well being of the Congregation the revocation is effective immediately.
Considering that the position of Prefect will be vacant, we announce the opening, for the next seven days, of a call for applications to the position of Prefect.
All candidates will be required to have skills in management, to be able to oversee to the proper functioning of the Office, and give it an international vocation. All candidates will preferably be multilingual, or have knowledge of English.
Applications must be sent by private message to the Chancellor of the Congregation, His Ém. Attanasio Borgia [Attanasio]

announce of the deposition of candidatures for the role of Delegate for Religious Orders.
Interested applicants are asked to send in seven (7) days after the publication of the same a private message (PM) to the Eminence Attanasio, containing a letter and a cursus honorum complete the activities previously carried on. We recall that the offices attached to the Congregation for spreading the faith are accessible to all baptized Aristotelian and Diploma in Theology degree from one of the Monasteries recognized, regardless of its membership to the linguistic, provided they speak English.

Report on the activities of the Congregation of Evangelization of Peoples

As it is customary, we publish publicly the following reports from the various offices and prefectures of the Congregation, detailing their accomplishments for the month of January.
Office of the Chapel Registry
The Office of the Chapel Registry, directed by H. Em. Mgr. Cristoforo Borgia [Cristoforo_], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.

Villa San Loyats
The Office of the Villa San Loyats, directed by His Em. Mgr. Kalixtus Alain-Edmond de Montfort-Beaumont d'Autevielle [Kalixtus], is working efficiently and is administratively sound.
Detailed report
General:
The Villa is working slow but she is working. New translators are part of the team coming out of Portugal and in cooperation with our Brother Yuri out of Italy. This will help the Villa to fix the problems inside the italian translating team to find and work for the Glory of God and a common evangelization. I appoint a new Vice-Prefect for the english speaking section and now the english and the german section is working quite tidy and firm. Other sections have to follow but that will coming soon. We recruit new translators therefore we will create a new system of direct advertising. We have had a few problems with local parts of the administration of the papal chancellery but finally we find a solution and working well with the prefect of the library.
Projects:
- Mainproject is to recruit translators and to make the translations of the Dogma and the Canon Law usable in all languages. We make success in the german, english, portuguese and dutch language. With good working areas.
- Other projects are also important like the translations of the orders inside the Attrium - we have implement a new system of process to make it usable for the clients to see which language we have successful completed. This new system is under direction of the prefect he is the new coordinator.
- New projects are also coming - translations from our brothers the Prefect of the aristotelian teaching and the Prefect of the bibliomelie - we hope to take good care about this important inner projects of the evangelization of peoples.
Problems:
As always the Villa needs active translators therefore we start the campain in searching in all current languages for new translators - finally as an published proclamation but that failed - so we will ask directly each citizen. This will be a bunch of work but we hope that this will spent the Villa more translators and make our work quite more public.
We have to analyzed why former active translators now are quite still and we have to find solutions for that problem quite well and fast. The spanish part of the Villa was working good now it is calm - that is a big problem also in french or italian language. Maybe the summertime is one big problem but finally we will find a solution for that in the next weeks.
I have decide that the eastern and nordish languages are not priority. We first have to take care about the current languages of central, south and west europe also in english.
I don't take care about latin - even if i like the idea of translating things in latin - this not priority.
All things can be done if the mainpart of the Villa is under good working process - this is actually not present.
It will cost minimum one year to fix all the problems and reform the working process, tidy up the working areas and have the mainparts of the Dogma, the Hagiographys and the Canon Law translated in all the languages with priority. But after this is done, we will have the time to focuse new projects and life will be quite more easier inside the Villa.
Resume:
The Villa is working, the problems are analyzed, priorities are pitched and solutions are present. I hope we can fix the problems within the schedule. This would be one of the important things for the evangelization.

Detailed report
General:
This is a new office, in this first part we are organizing an art exhibition in Rome, we also proceeded to appoint our general secretary and start a collaboration with the Corleone art academy.
Thanks to the cardinal Attanasio we opened the museum in Rome, near the square of aristotele
Projects:
For the moment continue to organize the exhibition to be held in October.
