About the latest events in France
We, Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian Church gathered in the Sacred College, by the will and decision of His Holiness Sixtus IV, Supreme Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church, in front of the Almighty and under the gaze of His Two Prophets, Aristotle and Christos, do hereby announce.
We want to reassure our beloved faithful that we have not abandoned them.
We read with sadness and incredulity the announcement of the Queen of France to take by arms the holy places of the Church Aristotelian Universal and Roman that are the cathedrals of the French Royal Domain. The following day, while His Holiness the Pope and the Curia were preparing an answer to Her Majesty, calling for dialogue and peace, cathedrals of the French royal domain were taken by arms, which we can only condemn firmly.
The reasons given by the Queen are about the supposed actions of a cardinal, of which the Episcopal Assembly of France and the Curia were not kept informed, and that "Rome" was contacted and did not answered, but neither the Church of France, through the assembly of her bishops, nor the Curia were aware of such contact to which we would have obviously responded favorably.
Now, the Queen of France answered Us and We are ready to meet her.
We work with the sole purpose of protecting the well-being and the salvation of the faithful, and, as representatives of the Universal and Roman Aristotelian Church, firmly believe that a frank and constructive dialogue is possible in the Aristotelian Friendship.

Sur les derniers événements en France
Nous, Cardinaux de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne réunis en Sacré Collège, suivant la volonté et la décision de Sa Sainteté Sixte IV, Souverain Pontife et Pape de l'Église Universelle, face au Très Haut et sous le regard de Ses deux Prophètes, Aristote et Christos, annonçons par la présente.
Nous voulons rassurer nos bien-aimés fidèles que nous ne les avons pas abandonnés.
Nous avons lu avec tristesse et incrédulité l'annonce de la Reine de France de prendre par les armes les lieux saints de l’Église Aristotélicienne Universelle et Romaine que sont les cathédrales du Domaine Royal français. Dès le lendemain, alors que Sa Sainteté le Pape et la Curie préparaient une réponse à Sa Majesté, appelant au dialogue et à la paix, des cathédrales du Domaine Royal français furent prises par les armes, ce que nous ne pouvons que condamner fermement.
Les raisons données par la Reine sont les agissements supposés d'un cardinal, dont l'Assemblée Épiscopale de France et la Curie n'ont pas été tenues au courant, et que « Rome » a été contactée et n'a pas répondu, mais ni l'Église de France, par le biais de l'assemblée de ses évêques, ni la Curie n'ont eu connaissance d'un tel contact auquel nous aurions bien évidemment répondu favorablement.
Maintenant, la Reine de France nous a répondu et nous sommes prêt à la rencontrer.
Nous travaillons avec le seul objectif de protéger le bien-être et le salut des fidèles, et, en tant que représentants de l’Église Aristotélicienne Universelle et Romaine, nous croyons fermement qu'un dialogue franc et constructif est possible, dans l'Amitié Aristotélicienne.

On protection for those who join the Holy War
We, Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian Church gathered in the Sacred College, by the will and decision of His Holiness Sixtus IV, Supreme Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church, in front of the Almighty and under the gaze of His Two Prophets, Aristotle and Christos, do hereby announce.
The Sovereign Pontiff, His Holiness Sixtus IV, by His Apostolic and Supreme Authority, and in order to ensure that the Aristotelian Community acts as a single body for the good course of the Holy War against the heretical lions of juda from Geneva, has decided, ruled, ordered and proclaimed that any state, kingdom, county or republic that publicly declares its support for the aforesaid Holy War and joins the fight against Evil in means and spirits shall be placed under his Most Holy and Inviolable Protection.
For the whole duration of the Holy War, the aforementioned states shall be shielded by the Peace of God against any threat of arms, whether internal or external. Any armed attack to these pious states will be a violation of the Peace and, by the Grace of the Most High and the will of the Most Holy Father, will be regarded as an attack against the Warriors of God and His Holy Church and, therefore, punished by excommunication latae sententiae.
We do further remind that, by the declaration of the Holy War and the call to arms addressed to every faithful, His Holiness the Pope has exempted those fighting against the heathens from respecting the Sunday Truce with regard to the aforesaid Holy War.

Noi, Cardinali della Santa Chiesa Aristotelica riuniti nel Sacro Collegio, per volontà e decisione di Sua Santità Sisto IV, Supremo Pontefice e Papa della Chiesa Universale, di fronte all'Altissimo e sotto lo sguardo dei Suoi Due Profeti, Aristotele e Christos, diamo il seguente annuncio.
Il Sommo Pontefice , Sua Santità Sisto IV, per la Sua Suprema Autorità Apostolica, e al fine di garantire che la Comunità Aristotelica agisca come un unico corpo per il buon andamento della Guerra Santa contro gli eretici leoni di giuda di Ginevra, ha deciso, statuito, ordinato e proclamato che ogni stato, regno, contea o repubblica che dichiari pubblicamente il suo sostegno alla suddetta Guerra Santa e si unisca alla lotta contro il Male con mezzi e spirito sarà posto sotto la sua Santissima e Inviolabile Protezione.
Per tutta la durata della Guerra Santa, i suddetti stati saranno protetti dalla Pace di Dio contro ogni minaccia armata, sia interna che esterna. Ogni attacco armato a questi pii stati sarà una violazione della Pace e, per grazia dell'Altissimo e per volontà del Santo Padre, sarà considerato come un attacco contro i Guerrieri di Dio e la Sua Santa Chiesa e, quindi, punito con la scomunica latae sententiae.
Ricordiamo inoltre che, con la proclamazione della Guerra Santa e la chiamata alle armi rivolta a tutti i fedeli, Sua Santità il Papa ha esonerato coloro che si battono contro i pagani dal rispetto della Tregua domenicale per quanto riguarda la suddetta Guerra Santa.

Le Souverain Pontife, Sa Sainteté Sixte IV, par Son Autorité Apostolique et Suprême, et afin d'assurer que la Communauté Aristotélicienne agisse comme un seul corps pour le bon déroulement de la Guerre Sainte contre les hérétiques lions de juda de Genève, a décidé, statué, ordonné et proclamé que tout etat, royaume, comtat ou république qui déclare publiquement son soutien pour ladite Guerre Sainte et rejoint la lutte contre le mal en moyens et esprits sera placé sous sa Très Sainte et Inviolable Protection.
Pendant toute la durée de la Guerre Sainte, les états précités seront protégés par la Paix de Dieu contre toute menace d'armes, qu'elle soit interne ou externe. Über den Schutz derjenigen, die dem Heiligen Krieg beitreten
Wir, die Kardinäle der Heiligen Aristotelischen Kirche, die sich im Heiligen Kollegium versammelt haben, verkünden hiermit durch den Willen und die Entscheidung Seiner Heiligkeit Sixtus IV., des Heiligen Vaters und Papstes der Universalen Kirche, vor dem Allmächtigen und unter dem Blick Seiner beiden Propheten, Aristoteles und Christos.
Der Heilige Vater, Seine Heiligkeit Sixtus IV., durch Seine Apostolische und Höchste Autorität und um sicherzustellen, dass die Aristotelische Gemeinschaft als eine einzige Einheit für den reibungslosen Verlauf des Heiligen Krieges gegen die ketzerischen Löwen von Juda aus Genf handelt, hat beschlossen, regiert, befohlen und verkündet, dass jeder Staat, jedes Königreich, jede Grafschaft oder jede Republik, die sich öffentlich zu diesem Heiligen Krieg bekennt und sich dem Kampf gegen das Böse anschließt, unter seinem Allerheiligsten und Unverletzlichen Schutz gestellt werden soll.
Während der gesamten Dauer des Heiligen Krieges werden die vorgenannten Staaten durch den Frieden Gottes vor jeder Bedrohung durch Waffen, ob innerlich oder äußerlich, geschützt. Jeder bewaffnete Angriff auf diese frommen Staaten wird eine Verletzung des Friedens sein und durch die Gnade des Allerhöchsten und den Willen des Allerheiligsten Vaters als Angriff auf die Krieger Gottes und Seiner Heiligen Kirche angesehen und daher mit der Exkommunikation latae sententiae bestraft werden.
Wir erinnern weiter daran, dass Seine Heiligkeit der Papst durch die Erklärung des Heiligen Krieges und den Aufruf zu den Waffen, der an alle Gläubigen gerichtet ist, diejenigen, die gegen die Heiden kämpfen, von der Achtung des Sonntagsfriedens in Bezug auf den genannten Heiligen Krieg befreit hat.

Disposizioni sulla Primazia delle Venezie
Sixtus Episcopus, Servus Servorum Dei, Ad perpetuam rei memoriam
Il Romano Pontefice, che l'Altissimo ha posto a capo della Sua Famiglia per dirigerla con diligenza paterna nel solco del ministero apostolico, talvolta prescrive determinate decisioni per tutta la Chiesa, poiché esse giovano tutte le anime che gli sono state affidate o perché consolidano la missione universale della Chiesa; talvolta, invece, egli disponde per situazioni particolari, poiché urge un intervento decisivo della Sede Apostolica o perché tali situazioni non possono essere adeguatamente trattate a livello locale. Avendo Noi osservato una di tali situazioni all'interno della Primazia delle Venezie, abbiamo ritenuto necessario intervenire al fine di garantire il corretto ordine e la necessaria cura dei Nostri amati fedeli così come ci impone il Sacro Mandato che abbiamo ricevuto dall'Altissimo. A tale scopo, essendo stata la recente revoca dell'Arcivescovo di Udine attuata in violazione delle vigenti disposizioni statutarie in materia, dichiariamo interamente illecita, nulla e inefficace la detta revoca, così come l'appello alle candidature e la procedura elettorale che vi sono seguiti. In conseguenza, riconosciamo e annunciamo che alla testa dell'illustre sede di Udine e della Provincia Ecclesiastica ad essa soggetta non è avvenuto alcun mutamento e che esse permangono nelle cure di Monsignor Renilda Tekla Da Camino De' Montemayor. Tuttavia, avendo Noi contentezza dell'attuale condizione dell'arcivescovo e non volendo arrecare nocumento alcuno ai Nostri amati figli del gregge utinense, per l'Autorità Apostolica di cui l'Onnipotente Ci ha investito, disponiamo e ordiniamo l'immediata revoca dell'arcivescovo di Udine e proclamiamo la vacanza della sede episcopale di Udine; diamo mandato all'autorità primaziale di avviare le corrette procedure per l'elezione del nuovo arcivescovo, riservandoci naturalmente, così come è Nostra inviolabile prerogativa e sacro dovere, di nominarlo direttemente qualora dovessimo ravvedere un candidato idoneo. Allo scopo di impedire il ricorrere di simili difficoltà in futuro e in deroga alle disposizioni canoniche vigenti, annunciamo, decretiamo e ordiniamo l'emanazione del nuovo Statuto della Primazia delle Venezie, il quale sarà liberamente emendabile in accordo con la procedura canonica ordinaria.

Statuto della Primazia delle Venezie
In conformità al Libro 2 Parte I del Codex Iuris Canonici della Santa Chiesa Aristotelica, Universale e Romana, denominato "Regimini secularis ecclesiae", è istituita la Primazia delle Venezie, ricomprendente e avente autorità su tutte le arcidiocesi, diocesi e parrocchie presenti in tutto o in parte nel territorio delle Venezie.
La Primazie delle Venezie è diretta dall'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie in conformità e nei limiti del Dogma, del Diritto Canonico e delle decisioni superiori prese dalla Curia Romana e dalle altre Istituzioni della Santa Chiesa.
In quanto suddivisione territoriale della Santa Chiesa, la Primazie delle Venezie è naturalmente soggetta all'autorità dottrinale e pastorale della Santa Sede e delle sue istituzioni.
Parte I. L'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie
I. Composizione
Articolo 1. L'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie è composta da membri di diritto e membri consultivi.
Articolo 2. I membri di diritto con diritto di parola e di voto sono :
- gli(arci)vescovi delle Venezie;
- gli(arci)vescovi Sine Cura residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- gli(arci)vescovi In Partibus residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- gli(arci)vescovi emeriti residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- i cardinali residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- i rettori di ordini religiosi romani residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- i gran maestri di ordini militari religiosi residenti (In Gratibus) nel territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- un delegato della Nunziatura Apostolica, da questa nominato a tal fine, purché sia almeno ordinato o con rango di vescovo.
Articolo 3. I membri consultivi con diritto di parola ma non di voto sono:
- i cardinali residenti (In Gratibus) al di fuori del territorio della Primazia delle Venezie;
- i fedeli selezionati dall'Assemblea Episcopale in base alle loro qualità morali, intellettuali e religiose su proposta di un membro d'ufficio.
II. Funzionamento
Articolo 4. Le decisioni sono prese dai membri di diritto a maggioranza semplice dei voti espressi salvo disposizioni contrarie.
Articolo 5. In caso di parità di voti, quello del Primate delle Venezie è determinante.
Articolo 6. La votazione deve sempre includere la possibilità di astenersi o di votare contro la proposta. Le astensioni non vengono computate ai fini della maggioranza.
Articolo 7. La votazione si svolge per un periodo ordinario di cinque giorni ed è sempre preceduta da un periodo di discussione di almeno tre giorni.
Articolo 8. In caso di urgenza il Primate delle Venezie può avviare immediatamente la votazione o ridurne la durata a tre giorni.
III. (Arci)Vescovi
Articolo 9. L'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie nomina e revoca gli arcivescovi delle Venezie.
Articolo 10. I seguenti fatti sono motivo di revoca :- assenza di più di un mese senza giustificazione;
- ingerenza negli affari di un'altra diocesi nonostante gli avvertimenti dei superiori;
- inadempienza o indisciplina nel proprio incarico;
- abandono della propria arcidiocesi.
Articolo 11. In accordo con il Diritto Canonico, i vescovi delle Venezie sono soggetti all'autorità dell'arcivescovo competente e da questi sono nominati e revocati.
Articolo 12. Le sedi (arci)episcopali diventano vacanti con la morte, le dimissioni o la revoca dell'(arci)vescovo competente.
Articolo 13. Il Primate delle Venezie annuncia la vacanza di una sede arcivescovile e pubblica una chiamata a presentare candidature della durata di cinque giorni.
Articolo 14. Le candidature devono essere inviate al Primate delle Venezie e devono contenere un curriculum vitae, una laurea in teologia e una lettera di motivazione. Il Primate può respingere candidati inverosimili o inadatti, ma deve riferirlo all'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie.
Articolo 15. Alla scadenza del termine per presentare le candidature, il Primate delle Venezie avvia il dibattito e la votazione secondo la procedura ordinaria.
Parte II. Il Primate delle Venezie
Articolo 16. Il Primate rappresenta la Primazie delle Venezie e presiede l'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie. Deve garantire il rispetto dello Statuto e delle direttive stabilite dall'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie.
Articolo 17. Il Primate è eletto a maggioranza dei due terzi tra i membri di diritto dell'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie per un mandato rinnovabile di sei mesi.
Articolo 18. Il termine per le candidature, il dibattito e la votazione è di cinque giorni per ciascuna fase e non può essere ridotto tramite procedura d'urgenza.
Articolo 19. Se nessun candidato ottiene la maggioranza richiesta, si procede a una seconda votazione tra i due candidati maggiormente votati e, se necessario, a una terza votazione a maggioranza semplice.
Articolo 20. Tutti i candidati devono fornire un curriculum vitae completo e un programma.
Articolo 21. Il Primate nomina e revoca liberamente un Vice Primate per assisterlo nell'assolvimento dei suoi compiti.
Articolo 22. In caso di assenza o d’inabilità, il Primate viene sostituito dal Vice Primate che ottiene tutti i poteri conferiti al Primate fino al ritorno di quest'ultimo.
Articolo 23. Il Primate disponde di un mandato tacito e può quindi emettere decreti unilateralmente. Questi decreti possono a loro volta essere annullati dall'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie, la procedura di annullamento ha effetto sospensivo dei decreti.
Articolo 24 Il Primate può essere destituito dall'Assemblea Episcopale delle Venezie a maggioranza dei due terzi con una mozione di censura sufficientemente motivata.
Articolo 25. In caso di morte o destituzione del Primate, il Vice Primate è responsabile della transizione verso una nuova elezione primaziale.

Granting the title of Aristotelian Majesty to the King of Kingdom of the Two Sicilies
We, Arduino Della Scala, Cardinal Dean of the Sacred College, by the will and decision of His Holiness Sixtus IV, Bishop of Rome, Vicar of God on earth, Successor of the Second Prophet and of Saint Titus Prince of the Apostles, Supreme Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church, Metropolitan of the Province of Rome, Servant of the Servants of God, Sovereign of the Papal States, before the Almighty and under the gaze of His Two Prophets, Aristotle and Christos,
Since the King of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, His Majesty Alessio Godeoc Aldobrandeschi, said Grendov, is a man of undisputed Faith, an high example of Aristotelian virtue, brotherhood and friendship, for he led the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies in the light of the teachings of the Prophets
Announce:
To grant the personal privilege of using the title of Aristotelian Majesty to His Majesty Alessio Godeoc Aldobrandeschi, said Grendov, in official and private acts for his devotion and faith to be an example and model to follow for his people and for all the rulers of the Kingdoms.
We wish and pray that the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies will always be a beacon of faith and fidelity to the Word of the Most High, in communion with the Holy Roman and Universal Aristotelian Church.

di concedere l'esclusivo e personale privilegio di usare il titolo di Maestà Aristotelica a Sua Maestà Alessio Godeoc Aldobrandeschi, detto Grendov, in atti ufficiali e privati perché la sua devozione e la sua fede siano un esempio e un modello da seguire per il Suo popolo e per tutti i governanti dei Regni.
Ci auguriamo e preghiamo che il Regno delle Due Sicilie sia sempre un faro di fede e fedeltà alla Parola dell'Altissimo, in comunione con la Santa Chiesa Aristotelica Romana e Universale.

Réponse à la lettre du 14 août 1467
Nous, cardinaux de la Sainte Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle & Romaine, réunis en Sacré Collège, suivant la volonté de Sa Sainteté Sixte IV, Souverain Pontife et Pape de l’Église Universelle, devant le Très Haut et sous le regard des Ses deux Prophètes, Aristote et Christos,
Avons reçu une lettre du conseil de régence du Limousin & de la Marche, adressée à Sa Sainteté le Pape Sixte IV et Ses cardinaux.
Nous rappelons tout d'abord que l’Église Aristotélicienne, Universelle & Romaine ne reconnait pas l'ordonnance de Tours & ne saurait y être contrainte : la Sainte Institution ne régit pas les autorités séculières, ces dernières n'ont pas à régir celles spirituelles.
Nous laissons la justice séculière faire son œuvre concernant le vol annoncé du comté du Limousin & de la Marche & ordonnons à monseigneur Feuilllle de Poli de se désolidariser publiquement du dit vol &, s'il elle devait garder de par devers elle quelque bien appartenant au comté, de les rendre.
Si nous avons toute confiance dans la gestion du diocèse de Limoges par monseigneur Feuilllle de Poli, & nous saisissons la pénitencerie apostolique afin de nous assurer que ses actions en tant qu’évêque étaient en conformité avec le cadre du Droit Canon.

Bienheureuses salutations
Le conseil de régence souhaite faire parvenir à Vos Éminences, les effroyables malversations qui sévissent dans le Comté du Limousin et de la Marche, et qui salissent l'Amitié Aristotélicienne. Depuis la nomination de Monseigneur Feuilllle à l'évêché de Limoges, le conseil n'a eu de cesse de combattre publiquement ses égarements et de dénoncer ses forfaitures.
- Non content de poser un veto indu contre la haute noblesse du Limousin souhaitant s'investir dans la cure de Limoges (veto contre Véra Von Bretzel, Comtesse de Comborn), sans déclaration, ni autre justification que celle de son bon vouloir,
- Qu'en sus, elle s'approprie les biens de l'évêché de Limoges, dérobant scandaleusement les écus des quêtes et confessions, sous le prétexte fallacieux de les protéger, sans jamais en user pour le bien commun. Les sommes volées sont astronomiques, et dépassent les 5000 écus.
- Qu'en sus, elle accorde la cure de Limoges à Nessty La Vilaine, sans y opposer son veto, malgré l'annonce officielle du Conseil Comtal en date du 2 août, déclarant Nessty La Vilaine ennemie du Limousin et de la Marche, bafouant ainsi le droit royal par l'ordonnance de Tour, et foulant du pied le respect des limougeauds,
- Qu'enfin, elle a sciemment participé au pillage du Comté du Limousin et de la Marche en date du 5 août, et a activement vidé les liquidités et biens entreposés du Comté pour une valeur atteignant presque les 50 000 écus. C'est à ce titre qu'elle a été reconnue traîtresse à la couronne de France ainsi que deux autres personnalités : Anonymous19, connétable diocésain, et Pandara, maintenant dénommée Armonie, Sénéchal diocésain (diocèse de Bazas), cette dernière détenant presque la totalité des liquidités du Comté.
Il est évident que le Comté du Limousin et de la Marche s'interroge justement sur les véritables intentions des clercs nommés par Rome, et des intérêts qu'ils s'évertuent à servir. Le conseil se questionne davantage encore lorsqu'il découvre la récente promotion de Feuilllle à la charge de responsable de la zone B. Croyez bien que le ressentiment du peuple limousin se fait croissant, tout autant que ses doutes envers Rome. Le Limousin et la Marche attend donc une prompte réaction de la part de Vos Éminences, qui ne manqueront sûrement pas de trouver une punition d'égale mesure aux crimes commis.

Response to the letter of August 14, 1467
We, Cardinals of the Holy Aristotelian, Universal & Roman Church, gathered in Sacred College, according to the will of His Holiness Sixtus IV, Supreme Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church, before the Most High and under the gaze of His two Prophets, Aristotle and Christos,
Have received a letter from the Regency Council of Limousin & the March, addressed to His Holiness Pope Sixtus IV and His Cardinals.
We recall first of all that the Aristotelian, Universal & Roman Church does not recognize the ordinance of Tours & can not be constrained buy it : the Holy Institution does not steward the secular authorities, the latter do not have to steward the spiritual ones .
We let secular justice do its work concerning the announced theft of the County of Limousin & Marche, and order Monsignor Feuilllle de Poli to dissociate herself publicly from the said theft, & if she were to keep by her some property belonging to the county, to make them.
If we have any confidence in the management of the Diocese of Limoges by Monsignor Feuilllle de Poli, & we seize the Apostolic Penitentiary to make sure that his actions as a bishop were in conformity with the framework of Canon Law.
