[St.Titus basilica, Vatican, Rome. In parallel to the oaths to the Sovereign Pontiff]

The archancellor kept staying alongside the pontifical throne while equestrian and senatorial nobles marched to renew their oaths to the Pope. It was a tough test for him because he was old and his back hurted him very much. But he had a job to do. He just hoped that his duck was still around there. He would be quite angry if he had the wrong idea of sneaking up to the throne of St. Titus. But he had no time to check it up.

He took a look to Adehleid who managed the heraldic part then back to the Pope with his sneaky duck in mind. Holy Feather..Father...He said. Erm. I meant Father. Holy Father. We may start as you wish.

Adelheid, who wasn't far from Carnardarion... uh Arnarion, was in charge of the heraldic part of the ceremony. Hearing the Archchancellor call the Holy Father as the Holy Feather, she refrains from laughing... It wouldn't be very serious, yet the desire to laugh was there. She coughs very lightly to recover her seriousness, and she displays a beautiful smile.

On that day, the nobles would come to swear an oath to the Pope, and others would be recompensed for their involvement in the Holy Roman Aristotelian Church.

She was waiting impatiently for her family to arrive for this special day.

He had received a notice about the feast of St Titus and that His Holiness would have the noble gesture of granting nobility to distinguished members who have fought and defended Mother Church and without thinking, was among them.
The occasion was special and since the ceremony would include a special mass, he put on appropriate white garments with a few touches of orange and headed towards the Basilica with virtue illuminating his soul.

the elderly cardinal had received the invitation to attend that ceremony .. He did not understand why, but he was curious, so he entered, leaning on his inseparable stick as always, then taking his place

The Archbishop of Valencia received the invitation from the Herald of Rome and, in silence and greeting those present, entered the place

After receiving a missive to get me right here.

I had put on a White dress, it was rare that I put on a dress.

She had received an invitation to attend the ennoblement ceremony in Rome. Accompanied by her husband, she went to the place where she had been summoned. She noticed Arnarion in the distance, but he was busy with the Pope; she did not want to disturb them and greeted Adel and his little family from afar.

The Black Rose had received an invitation which pleasantly surprised him to read it. She was invited to receive a reward for her devotion to her Holy Mother the Church from the very hand of the Holy Father. An honor she did not expect in the least. She had therefore dressed a dress specially designed for the occasion. Arriving at the doors of the basilica, she signed herself and entered the building she had never seen before. She advanced walking the azure on the architecture of the place, greeting with a smile the people crossed before taking place waiting for the continuation of the events.

Cardinal Fenice entered the Basilica to attend the ceremony of ennobling those who had been chosen to join the papal nobility.
She saw some excited faces, the papal ennoblement was felt as a great honour.
She reached the place that had been reserved for her and sat down, concentrated in prayer.

The Cardinal had received the invitation to attend the ennobling ceremony, and after entering the great basilica she greeted those who met her and sat in her reserved seat waiting for the ceremony to begin.

When you consider an existence like the one of Rome, a thousand and a thousand years old and more, and you think that it is still the same soil, the same hill, often even the same columns and walls, and traces of the ancient nature, you feel permeated by the great decrees of fate.

Never in the world a city had a more wonderful adventure.
Its history is so great that even the gigantic crimes with which it’s scattered seem very small.

The extraordinarily varied invention and the richness of the fountains have always struck with amazement anyone who at least once in his life has seen Rome.
And then finally the Colosseo, the most beautiful ruin in Rome, it ends the Noble enclosure where the whole story unfolds. This magnificent place, of which only the stones exist bared of gold and marble, served as an arena for gladiators fighting against ferocious beasts.
So it was used to amuse and deceive the Roman people, with strong emotions, when natural feelings could no longer have impulse. The Colosseo had two doors: one was consecrated to the winners, the other took away the dead.

Yes, Rome is the capital of the Holy Roman Empire but above all the center of our beloved Church!
In this place the whole history of the world is connected, and I am counting on being born in the right period for having lived at least a small part of it, Roman by birth belonging to that beloved land of mine.
Now, in the city that I love, accompanied by my wonderful wife, we enter the magnificent structure admiring each work.
As soon as we enter I greet those present with a nod and a smile and we sit in the place indicated to us.
Although I have shared many exciting moments in my life, this was truly special.

ITALIANO:

That invitation had arrived at home, she was proud to see Adriano’s dedication recognized.
Every time they passed through those places, whatever the reason, he was always enraptured and always told her something new about the events that had happened in the past.

When they arrived, they got out of the carriage and hand in hand arrived at the place assigned to them, greeting all those they knew.
Once seated, she smiled at her husband and shook his hand.
