The feast of St Titus is one of the most important dates for Holy Mother Church, but it also marks the busiest time for the members of the Pontifical Heraldic Colleges. Because in addition to preparing all that is necessary to honour all those who have shown their love for the Church by working to defend it and spread its teachings. It was also time to call on all pontifical nobles, both of the senatorial and equestrian orders, to renew their oaths of allegiance to the throne of St Titus.

The ceremony would begin after the mass which was conducted by the Dean of the College of Cardinals, so that the love of the Most High pervaded the Basilica, which was already being adapted to make way for the renewal of oaths and the subsequent ceremony of the new honorees. Dressed in cardinal's colours, he supervised that everything was where it should be, from the new patents to the list of current nobles in order to start the renovation. As this happened, many of the faithful left, others stayed while others entered, after all, it was one of the few times that all the active pontifical nobles were seen in their best clothes.

Auch Lordchen war wieder nach Rom gekommen , da seine Familie in Rom einen großen Palazzo besitzt der ihm alle Annehmlichkeiten bietet, würde er da auch die nächsten Tage übernachten.
Das Schreiben das er vom Hochgeschätzten Roderic bekam hatte er sorgfältig in seine Truhe gelegt. Und eins wusste er jetzt schon er würde wieder voller Stolz vor seine Heilichkeit treten, und voller Freude seinen Eid erneuern.

Lordchen had also come back to Rome, since his family in Rome owns a large palazzo that offers him all the amenities he would spend the next few days there.
