Direct referral for the dissolution of the marriage between [Delyria] and [Ruuskabuus]
We, [Aerwan], in the capacity of deputy Prefect of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota,
Considering the request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage between [Delyria] and [Ruuskabuus] filed on 30 march, 1474,
Considering the admissibility and relevance of the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Considering that the matter raised is not particularly complex and does not require investigations for the instruction of the proceedings;
Having regard to Canons 33, 42, 43 and 44 of Section C, Part IV, Book IV of the Code of Canon Law;
Refer directly to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota the decision on the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Appoint as members of the Tribunal for the proceedings ourselves as President and the Auditors [Puta_z_ryzmberka] and [Gonzalo_valmont];
Set the date of the first hearing for 9 May 1474, with a term of 7 days from the date of the opening of the proceedings for the appearance of the parties;
Entrust the Rapporteur [Ferecide] with summoning the spouses and the witnesses to the proceedings, sending them a copy of this provision and indicating the deadline for appearance;
Remind that, in the event of failure to appear within the established term, the proceedings shall continue in absentia and that only within such term may the parties submit a request for recusal of one of the designated members of the Tribunal.

Půta betrat den Gerichtssaal. Seine Schritte hallten leise durch den Raum, während der Duft von Tinte, Papier und Wachs die Luft erfüllte und eine besondere, beinahe ehrfürchtige Atmosphäre schuf.
Langsam ging er zu seinem Platz und setzte sich. Für einen Moment senkte er den Kopf, faltete die Hände zum Gebet und vertraute in der Stille seine Gedanken dem Höchsten an.
