Due to the inactivity of their titular, have ruled and ordered, and by our present perpetual and final edict, rule and order the revocation of the His Eminence Roderic D'Aleixar Batista [ Roderic_ ] of the position and dignity of Prelate of Honor of His Holiness.

In accordance with the cardinal traditions and, furthermore, by the will of His Holiness Sixtus IV Sovereign Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church, have ruled and ordered, and by our present perpetual and final edict, rule and order the granting to His Eminence Arnarion Apollo Salazar de Valyria-Borgia [ Arnarion ], by virtue of his designation as Cardinal-Bishop Emeritus, of the titulus and temple of San Corentino, whose rector and every other cleric attached to it, we paternally invite, once he takes possession of it, to welcome and honor him.

Supression of Episcopal Sine Cura See

Sixtus IV, Sovereign Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church,
In view of the finding of a material irregularity in its creation, since this is a Diocese Sine Cura with a name belonging to a Village In Gratibus, have ruled and ordered, and by our present perpetual and final edict, rule and order the supression of the Diocese Sine Cura of Laval.
Consequently, is revoked the act that appointed its titular cleric.
