- Greetings, I am currently looking for the place where I can make a request for a new personal coat of arms. - pausing and watching the artist looking away from his work, Sylarnash continues - I recently passed the Hispanic hall, yet there is a lot of delayed work from months, and if the memory serves me right the portuguese artist is off work and unfortunately I have great need of a new set of coat and seals to my activities and documents in the service of the Lord Almighty and the Diocese of Coimbra. Can I make it here my request?
