La Primée de l'Église Hispanique s'est empressée de voyager depuis Zaragoza aussitôt qu'il a reçu la nouvelle du décès de son Éminence.

Elle avait travaillé avec Kali_ dans la Préfecture et avait reçu son enseignement dans Fornovo.
Son Éminence était un exemple de travail dur, humilité, de fermeté et de discipline.

Casiopea a senti qu'elle était restée orpheline et a répandu quelques larmes quand il est arrivé à la Basilique pour assister à ses obsèques.

Kali_ serait déjà dans le Paradis Solaire et elle le méritait plus que quelqu'un.
Si quelqu'un méritait d'être canonisé cette ère Kali_.

The Hispanic Church Primate hurried to travelling from Zaragoza to Roma when she received the sad news of the death of his Eminence.
She had been working with Kali_ at the Teacher Prefecture and she had received her Knowledges in Fornovo.

His Eminence was an example of tenacity, discipline and humility.

Casiopea felt that she had remained an orphan and she cry when she enter in the Basilica to go to her funeral.

Kali_ would be already in the Solar Paradise and she was deserving it more than anybody.

She must be canonized.

La Primada de la Iglesia Hispánica se apresuró a viajar desde Zaragoza en cuanto recibió la noticia del fallecimiento de su Eminencia.

Ella había trabajado con Kali_ en la Prefectura y había recibido sus enseñanzas en Fornovo. Su Eminencia era un ejemplo de trabajo duro, humildad, tesón y disciplina.

Casiopea sintió que se había quedado huérfana y derramó unas lágrimas cuando llegó a la Basílica para asistir a su funeral.

Kali_ estaría ya en el Paraiso Solar y ella se lo merecía más que nadie. Si alguien merecia ser canonizada esa era Kali_.

Entrò nella basilica a testa bassa, cercando di evitare gli sguardi dei sacerdoti già presenti, che tuttavia inevitabilmente incrociò nello scorgere la bara... trattene il successivo gemito che stava cercando di scansare.
... Aveva tantissimi ricordi legati a Madre Kali_, molti dei quali meravigliosi, fu lei infatti ad insegnargli l'arte nella scrittura nelle sale di Villa San Loyats, che al suo seguito riuscì così tanto a migliorare da divenire addirittura vice-prefetto della cubicula.
Sempre ingobbito dalla mestizia di quella triste occasione, si fece il segno della fede e si raccolse in preghiera.

Giunto nel centro della navata, si fermò davanti la bara del cardinal Kali_ e posò una mano su di essa. Stette immobile per qualche minuto, mormorando qualcosa, poi si segnò ed andò a prendere posto, in attesa dell'inizio della cerimonia.

Tancredi si presentò a Roma per i funerali della sua cara amica. Non riusciva ancora a capacitarsi di quanto successo. Raggiunta la Basilica, attese il suo turno per presentarsi al cospetto della salma della religiosa.
In quel momento i tanti ricordi che lo avevano perseguitato lungo il viaggio si ripresentarono dieci volte più forti... più intensi e dolorosi.
Kali era diventata come una sorella maggiore, una madre a cui chiedere consiglio.
Raggiunse la bara e vi si fermò. Si segnò e si inginocchiò. Tornò quindi al suo posto. Era sicuro che il mondo aveva perso una grande persona mentre l'Altissimo aveva chiamato al suo fianco uno splendido angelo.

Anche Merlino giunse a Roma per partecipare al funerale di Sua Eminenza Carlotta Isabell Borgia.
Si soffermò per qualche istante fuori della Basilica assieme all'amico Paul e a sua figlia Poison.
Non osò proferire parola, sapendo quale profondo dolore stessero sperimentando.

Poison rimase in silenzio per tutto il tragitto. Quando arrivarono di fronte alla Basilica sentì il battito del suo cuore accelerare improvvisamente.
Aveva i suoi uomini accanto a lei, era impossibile avere paura di qualcosa, ma le lacrime volevano già iniziare a scorrere. Si trattenne, e sentì la voce del padre.

Tentò invano di sorridere, e gli rispose.
Andiamo. Sophie dopo queste parole iniziò a camminare verso l'entrata, sperando che sia Paul che Tancredi la seguissero.
Vide Merlino e lo salutò con gli occhi, addolcendo il suo sguardo.

L'Arcivescovo di Firenze, nonchè priore dell'abbazia di Fornovo, era stato colpito non una ma due volte, dalla dipartita di sorella Kali_, che era sempre stata molto importante sia in tutti i lavori compiuti nel clero regolare, a partire dalle traduzioni, dalle proposte in Ecumene, dal grande lavoro in Inquisizione e dalla sua opera pia nell'arcidiocesi modenese, dove per tanto tempo aveva operato e fatto opere di bene.
Ancor di più, non poteva dimenticare l'enorme lavoro svolto da sorella Kali_ all'abbazia cistercense di Fornovo,
nella quale da semplice novizia, era entrata, era stata sua allieva prima, poi sua amica e confidente, poi un validissimo membro del capitolo monastico ed infine aveva coronato il sogno di divenire abate, al posto del mai abbastanza compianto Quarion.
Aveva combattuto con tutta se stessa, anche quando si doveva fare un esorcismo difficile, o una scelta di polso, non si arrendeva mai ed era molto devota. Negli ultimi tempi, quando forse la malattia gia la colpiva, avevano anche avuto piccoli dissidi e scontri, ma l'affetto reciproco non era mai mancato.
Per quello oggi, in quel triste giorno era entrato nella basilica da solo, scuro in volto e con le lacrime al cuore.

Il ne croit guère, il peut arriver quelque chose comme ça. Il avance lentement entre les rangées de bancs. Puis il s'arrête devant le cercueil, où il s'incline et prie pour l'âme de Kali. Après cela, il prend son siège.

Il saluto all'amico fraterno Merlino; il silenzio avvolgeva quel piccolo gruppo che esitava ancora ad entrare quando la piccola Poison, si sentì pronta.

Un cenno di assenso con il capo, da parte di Paul ed entrarono all'interno; sotto voce disse:
"Facci strada Pois..."

Il Drenai non avrebbe più detto nulla per tutta la cerimonia.

Quest'oggi tramite la celebrazione del funerale di sua Eminenza Carlotta Isabell Borgia, vogliamo rendere omaggio a una donna che ha sacrificato la sua vita per i suoi fedeli e per Roma, una donna in grado di rendere le cose difficili semplici da risolvere, e le triste questioni affrontandole con compassione e amore infinito verso il prossimo. Il sorriso era una sua virtù che ha attratto a se' non solo fedeli ma gli stessi chierici rendendo fondamentale per tutti una sua parola di conforto o un suo parere sulle questioni.
La sua morte prematura ha lasciato nella chiesa un vuoto che difficilmente potrà essere colmato, un vuoto che rimarrà nella memoria di Roma e di tutta la sua chiesa.

Preghiamo insieme per la sua anima e per la sua ascesa al paradiso solare"
