Wishing the Canon Law of our Holy Mother the Church is coherent follow the realty, having token note of the evolution of several roman dicasteries and wishing the Canon Law to follow this evolution, We, Cardinals gathered in Sacred College, ruled and ordered, and by our present edict perpetual and definitive, we rule and order the adoption of amendments relative to the Book 5 of the Canon law of the Aristotelian and Roman Holy Church bearing the title of De Sanctae Sedis summo administratione, defined and listed below. The amended articles override the articles of the Canon Law prior to the current edict.

Nomination des cardinaux-gouverneurs des provinces pontificales
Données à Rome, le XIX août de l'an de grâce MCDLXIII.
Suite à la création d’un treizième siège cardinalice au sein du Sacré-Collège des Cardinaux avons statué et ordonné, et par notre présent édit perpétuel et définitif, disons, statuons et ordonnons l’abrogation de notre précédent édit du XXVIII octobre MCDLXII portant modification des Constitutiones sancti Olcovidii et supprimant la province de Sabine, alors intégrée au duché de Spolète.
Ladite province de Sabine recouvre ainsi son indépendance et sa souveraineté au sein de Nos États, dégagée de tout rapport de sujétion au duché de Spolète.
L’article I-2 des Constitutiones sancti Olcovidii est donc modifié en conséquence.
Le titre de « Duc de Rieti » est désormais attaché à la paroisse de San Domenico de la Pace. Le cardinal titulaire de cette paroisse devient donc le gouverneur de la province de Sabine, et duc de la cité chef-lieu.

The war between the Holy Roman Empire and the Kingdom of France continues to spread, the Church can only listen to the voices of all those asking begging to stop these bloody clashes and restore the lands and peoples to peace and common Faith.
With this our document, we want to say loudly and clearly our total closeness to all those who today are suffering the pains of war.
The Aristotelian Church of Rome intends to help and strive to safeguard the innocent with every means, whether prayer, or fundraising to supply the markets of food and basic necessities.
And we can not, we must not, we do not want to ignore what happens too often during the holy days, feasts and celebrations;
Too often was shed fraternal blood on a Sunday, murder of a brother in faith in holy days is a very serious sin.
The Roman Aristotelian Church, has forgiveness as important and inviolable precept, but it is also very hard on those who are not interested in the Aristotelian precepts and are guilty of serious crimes.
We strongly admonish anyone not to take other similar actions, hoping in the good sense of the Sovereigns, in their ethical and moral Aristotelian.
The Sacred College of Cardinals will soon publish an explanatory document on the Truce of God, hoping thus greater clarity and consciousness in the hearts of those who fight for their own land.
The Roman Curia will hold a session of 48 hours of prayer and fasting to ask the ending of the war.
We ask Sovereigns to plan a lasting and benevolent peace, and to reach it we offer the mediation of our Congregation for Affairs of the Century.
We invite all clerics and all the faithful to pray for all the deaths caused by wars and violence, may the Solar paradise welcome them into its warm embrace.

After looking at the old archives of the Holy Aristotelian Church, according to Pugna Haeresis, its annex and modification and other papers, examined the question of the so-called Marianesimo, have decided and ordered, and through this perpetual and definitive edict, we declare, rule and confirm the excommunication and the inclusion in the Index of hominum prohibitorum of the following people:

These people are the lost children of the Holy Aristotelian Church. They have founded a schimatical group which prevent the faithfuls to join the Solar paradise at their physical death. All the faithful and the authorities are invited to drive them away and isolate them.
