First of all, I need to know who is to become chaplain in the new chapel, because this will determine which bishop has to authorise the dean and the chapel and perform the consecration.

No problems at all - I was just in need to check who he is and had a conversation with the Primat of CESE.

Because I need the approval of the bishop responsible. Caleroide is not a bishop himself, so I have to ask the CESE for formal approval. Those are the hierarchical laws.

Once I have this, we can finalise the organisational details and have the chapel properly registered, consecrated and registered.

I would like to ask you for clarification on what to do: must the consecration be performed by a bishop, but a bishop of any diocese? Can I simply choose whoever I want without restrictions of diocese, affiliation, or jurisdiction?
If so, then it is simple: the Bishop of Lodi, Monsignor Ferecide, will officiate the consecration.
If, on the other hand, there are issues regarding diocesan jurisdiction that I am completely unaware of, then I kindly ask you to give me the name of a bishop who is free and available as soon as possible so that we can proceed -
