Rotae Romanae Tribunal
Direct referral for the dissolution of the marriage between [Cersan] and [Lorrena]
We, [Aerwan], in the capacity of Prefect of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota,
Considering the request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage between [Cersan] and [Lorrena] filed on 8 october, 1474,
Considering the admissibility and relevance of the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Considering that the matter raised is not particularly complex and does not require investigations for the instruction of the proceedings;
Having regard to Canons 33, 42, 43 and 44 of Section C, Part IV, Book IV of the Code of Canon Law;
Refer directly to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota the decision on the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Appoint as members of the Tribunal for the proceedings ourselves as President and the Auditors [Puta_z_ryzmberka] and [Gonzalo_valmont];
Set the date of the first hearing for February 13, 1474, with a term of 5 days from the date of the opening of the proceedings for the appearance of the parties;
Entrust the Rapporteur [Ferecide] with summoning the spouses and the witnesses to the proceedings, sending them a copy of this provision and indicating the deadline for appearance;
Remind that, in the event of failure to appear within the established term, the proceedings shall continue in absentia and that only within such term may the parties submit a request for recusal of one of the designated members of the Tribunal.
