Nos, Eminentissimus ac Reverendissimus Dominum, Dominum Adonnis, Dei Gratia, Sanctæ Romanæ Ecclesiæ Cardinalem de Sagres,
Cardinal-Bishop of Saint Valentine of the Victories, Archchancellor of the Holy See, Archbishop of Braga and Bishop of Vila Real and Ostia, et al, under the guide and light of the Most High and Prophets, by order and will of HH. Sixtus IV, Sovereign Pontiff and Pope of the Universal Church,
Have ruled and ordered, and by our present perpetual and final edict, rule and order the bestowal to His Eminence Cathelineau Botherel de Canihuel [ Cathelineau. ] of the Archdiocese In Partibus Infidelium of Thebes.
As the new Titular, the newly appointed Archbishop becomes an ex officio member of the Episcopal Assembly of his residence and is invested with all the rights and prerogatives conferred upon him by the Codex Iuris Canonici.
According to the applicable canonical norms, the title shall remain suspended whenever its holder is entrusted with an effective Episcopal See.

In his capacity as Prefect of the Office of the City, he is entrusted with the governance of the Office of the City and the Council of Aediles, and with ensuring the observance and faithful execution of all duties and responsibilities prescribed by Canon Law.

Hereby announce the appointment of sister Melo [Melo03], as the new Francophone Archivist at the Roman Register of Sacraments.
We therefore entrust her with the care of the registers, as well as the custody of the sacramental certificates of the dioceses, parishes and chapels of her geo-dogmatic zone and their classification in the national French-speaking Register.
