Upon receiving the invitation, I went to the designated room and, after greeting the other members of the Tribunal of the Rota, took my seat and waited.

----------------------

Ricevuto l'invito mi recai nella sala indicata e, salutati gli altri membri del Tribunale della Rota, mi sedetti in attesa.

Půta entered the Basilica of San Barnaba a Ripa quietly and with humility. He paused for a brief moment, bowed his head in silent prayer, and then moved forward.

With respect, he greeted those present and, once shown to his place among the others, sat down quietly, calm and focused.

I extend my greetings to you, dear brothers and sisters in the Faith. We are still awaiting the arrival of the last participants, and then we shall begin our ceremony.

The Porporate said to the Assembly as the final guests took their seats in the basilica.

Monsignor Ferecide entered the basilica, and after having greeted with friendliness his colleagues at the Rota, took his place waiting for the ceremony to begin.

Dearest ones, I welcome you to this award ceremony.

The Order of Nicholas V, Pope of the Renewal of Faith, stands as a symbol of dedication, perseverance, and service rendered to the Aristotelian Church and to the communities that form it. It is an honour that celebrates not only individual merit, but the living testimony of what it means to be instruments of Goodness, Justice, and Charity in the world.

May this Order be not a destination, but an invitation to continue the path undertaken with renewed ardour. The Church lives through the hands and voices of those who serve it, and today we celebrate precisely this: the quiet, daily strength of service.

With deep gratitude, I thank you for being here, for sharing this moment. I now yield the floor to His Excellency Aerwan, who will continue and guide us into the heart of this ceremony.

Good morning everyone. I would like to thank His Eminence for giving us the opportunity to gather you all here today to recognise the dedication many of you have shown to the Church over the years.

I would like to begin with a short mass before proceeding to present the medals of the Order of Saint Nicholas to those nominated by myself. His Eminence will proceed with the other nominations. We have taken care to divide the awards among ourselves so that everyone may receive the one they deserve.

Aerwan therefore began the brief ceremony by reciting the creed

Citation:
I believe in God, the Most High Almighty,
Creator of the Sky and the Earth,
Of Hell and Paradise,
Judge of our souls at the hour of death,

And in Aristotle, his prophet,
The son of Nicomachus and Phaetis,
Sent to teach wisdom
And the divine laws of the Universe to wayward men.

I also believe in Christos,
Born of Maria and Giosep.
He dedicated his life to showing us the way to Paradise.
And so, after suffering under Pontius,
He died in martyrdom to save us.
He returned to the Sun where Aristotle was waiting for him at the right hand of the Most High.

I believe in Divine Action,
In the Holy Roman Aristotelian Church, One and Indivisible,
In the Communion of Saints,
In the remission of sins,
In Eternal Life.

AMEN

After letting everyone recite the Creed, he added a prayer for the church

The Church is like a beacon for the faithful, yet it is often under attack from all sides by local elites who think only in the short term. Through your daily work as a priest, but also as an auditor or rapporteur, we show that we are here to support the faithful throughout their lives. That is why I would like to offer a short prayer for our Church.

Citation:
Pray, beloved aristotelian brothers, for the Holy Roman Church:
May the Most High give her peace and unity,
that he protects her throughout the universe;
and give us a calm and peaceful life
for us to pass grace to our god.

All pray silently. Then the priest says:

Logos eternal and almighty,
in Christos and Aristote you have revealed your glory to all peoples;
Protect the work of your love:
Thus that your universal church spread throughout the universe
remains imperturbable in faith and reason,
by Christos and Aristotle our prophets.
May faith and reason guide her
and that Saint Arnvald the vigilante protect it.

Once the little ceremony was over, he suggested.

I would now like to invite Sister Layla to come forward to receive her medal from the Order of Saint Nicholas. And above all, we would like to thank her for her work over the past few years within our church.

The Cardinal recited the Creed together with the assembly of the Faithful, then He fell silent.

Monsignor Ferecide joined the prayer with a firm voice:

Amen.

Once the brief ceremony had concluded, the moment everyone had been eagerly awaiting arrived: the presentation of the necklaces of the Order of Saint Nicholas.

On this day, and with the assistance of our prefect, we shall present the medals of the Order of Saint Nicholas to each person in recognition of their dedication to our church and its justice. Very often, everyone works to the best of their ability with diligence, without seeking thanks. But it seems only right to use this kind of ceremony to honour those who devote themselves to the common good of the church.

So, first of all—though there is no real hierarchy in the presentation of these medals, quite the contrary—I call upon Brother Gonzalo Valmont.

Aerwan prepared the medal for his brother Gonzalo. He was delighted to be able to present it to him today.

Gonzalo, my brother. It is with great pleasure that I present you with this medal, which symbolises your dedication to our church. You are always there when the church needs your help.

[ooc] Sorry for the delay – I've been really busy in real life[/ooc]

The brief ceremony continued. Soon, he heard his name called and approached slowly to the front. With great pride and faith, he received the St. Nicholas necklace.

He bowed to Brother Aerwan and gratefully accepted it.

"I receive this medal with gratitude and faith," he said.

Then he silently returned to his place.
