following the articles 29 and 30 of the Statute of the Primacy of the Holy Empire,
we nominate
Ferecide Buonaguidi De Curtis [Ferecide], Bishop of Lodi, at the office of Vice Primate for the italic speaking territory of the Primacy and first Vice Primate.
and we nominate
Josef Freyhofer[Seppel], Archbishop of Kostanz, at the office of Vice Primate for the german speaking territories of the Primacy;
R0drigue [R0drigue], Bishop of Genève, at the office of Vice Primate for the french speaking territories of the Primacy;
Karsten Karandus de Mérode [Kars], Archbishop of Ultrecht, at the office of Vice Primate for the dutch speaking territories of the Primacy;
This will be the order of the Vice Primate, following the articles 30 of the statutes of the Primacy who say:

Ferecide Buonaguidi De Curtis Ferecide, Bischof von Lodi, zum Vizeprimas für das italischsprachige Gebiet des Primats und Ersten Vizeprimas.
Und wir nominieren:

On the Necessity of a Holy Empire - Imperial Elections (May 1474)
We, the Bishops of the Primacy of the Holy Empire, gathered in Assembly before the Most High, through the intercession of the two prophets Aristotle and Christ, announce the following:
As spiritual guides of the imperial faithful, the concrete need has emerged for the current imperial elections to present a candidate who, today more than ever, appears endowed with particular human qualities and blessed with the clearest Aristotelian virtues. This is to be a ruler and sovereign, enlightened and guided by God, for the good of all the imperial people.
Although it is unusual for the Church to publicly communicate the name of the person considered most capable of fulfilling such an important role, the geopolitical challenges that are characterizing these days and the further challenges that will await the future Emperor, also considering the presence of numerous candidates aspiring to the imperial throne, have prompted us to publicly formulate this letter.
Therefore, considering the candidate's moral qualities and his proven past commitment to the Faith and the Church, we hereby express the imperial clergy's public support for Carlo Ferdinando De Leonis Sir_aventon.
May God grant him victory in the elections and, if elected, may he govern with virtue for the benefit of all the imperial people and the lands subject to him.

Sulla necessità di un Sacro Impero - Elezioni Imperiali (maggio 1474)
Noi, Vescovi della Primazia del Sacro Impero, riuniti in Assemblea dinanzi all'Altissimo, per intercessione dei due profeti Aristotele e Cristo, annunciamo quanto segue:
Come guide spirituali dei fedeli imperiali, è emersa la concreta necessità, per le attuali elezioni imperiali, di presentare un candidato che, oggi più che mai, appaia dotato di particolari qualità umane e benedetto dalle più chiare virtù aristoteliche. Si tratta di un sovrano che dovrà essere illuminato e guidato da Dio, per il bene di tutto il popolo imperiale.
Sebbene sia insolito per la Chiesa comunicare pubblicamente il nome della persona ritenuta più idonea a ricoprire un ruolo così importante, le sfide geopolitiche che caratterizzano questi tempi e le ulteriori sfide che attenderanno il futuro Imperatore, considerando anche la presenza di numerosi candidati al trono imperiale, ci hanno spinto a formulare pubblicamente questa lettera.
Pertanto, considerando le qualità morali del candidato e il suo comprovato impegno nei confronti della Fede e della Chiesa, esprimiamo con la presente il pubblico sostegno del clero imperiale a Carlo Ferdinando De Leonis Sir_aventon.

Über die Notwendigkeit eines Heiligen Reiches – Kaiserwahlen (Mai 1474)
Wir, die Bischöfe des Primats des Heiligen Reiches, versammelt vor dem Allerhöchsten, verkünden durch die Fürsprache der beiden Propheten Aristoteles und Christus Folgendes:
Als geistliche Führer der Gläubigen des Reiches ist es für die gegenwärtigen Kaiserwahlen dringend notwendig, einen Kandidaten zu präsentieren, der heute mehr denn je mit besonderen menschlichen Eigenschaften ausgestattet und mit den deutlichsten aristotelischen Tugenden gesegnet ist. Dieser soll ein von Gott erleuchteter und geleiteter Herrscher und Souverän zum Wohle des gesamten Volkes des Reiches sein.
Obwohl es ungewöhnlich ist, dass die Kirche den Namen der Person öffentlich bekannt gibt, die als am besten geeignet für eine so wichtige Rolle angesehen wird, haben uns die geopolitischen Herausforderungen der Gegenwart und die zukünftigen Herausforderungen, insbesondere angesichts der zahlreichen Thronanwärter, veranlasst, dieses Schreiben zu verfassen.
Angesichts der moralischen Qualitäten des Kandidaten und seines nachweislichen Engagements für den Glauben und die Kirche sprechen wir als kaiserlicher Klerus Carlo Ferdinando De Leonis Sir_aventon hiermit unsere öffentliche Unterstützung aus.
Möge Gott ihm den Wahlsieg schenken und, falls er gewählt wird, möge er tugendhaft zum Wohle des gesamten kaiserlichen Volkes und der ihm untertanen Gebiete regieren.

Sur la nécessité d'un Saint Empire - Élections Impériales (mai 1474)
Nous, les évêques de la Primatié du Saint Empire, réunis en Assemblée devant le Très-Haut, par l'intercession des deux prophètes Aristote et le Christ, déclarons ce qui suit :
En tant que guides spirituels des fidèles impériaux, le besoin concret s'est fait sentir pour les élections impériales actuelles de présenter un candidat qui, aujourd'hui plus que jamais, semble doté de qualités humaines particulières et imprégné des plus pures vertus aristotéliciennes. Il s'agit d'un souverain éclairé et guidé par Dieu, pour le bien de tout le peuple impérial.
Bien qu'il soit inhabituel pour l'Église de communiquer publiquement le nom de la personne jugée la plus apte à remplir une fonction aussi importante, les défis géopolitiques actuels et ceux qui attendent le futur Empereur, compte tenu également de la présence de nombreux candidats aspirant au trône impérial, nous ont incités à formuler publiquement cette lettre.
Par conséquent, considérant les qualités morales du candidat et son engagement passé et avéré envers la Foi et l'Église, nous exprimons publiquement le soutien du clergé impérial à Carlo Ferdinando De Leonis Sir_aventon.
Que Dieu lui accorde la victoire aux élections et, s'il est élu, qu'il gouverne avec vertu pour le bien de tout le peuple impérial et des terres qui lui sont soumises.
