Nosotros, Francesco Maria Sforza, Cardenal Obispo de Santa Adonia en Trastevere, en nuestra función de Alto Comisionado Apostólico y Canciller de la Congregación para el Nuevo Apostolado, anunciamos ante el Altísimo y bajo la mirada de sus dos santos profetas, Aristóteles y Christos:
Decidimos y ordenamos, en virtud de los estatutos de las Cortes del Reino de Aragón sobre la designación de los miembros para la Primera Sesión Anual, el nombramiento de los siguientes síndicos por el brazo eclesiástico:
- Reverendo Padre Chanok Rodrigo de Lizana [ Chanok ], Presbítero de la parroquia de Zaragoza.
- Madre Diaconisa Vita Lumiere [Vita_], Diaconisa de la parroquia de Calatayud.
Invocamos la protección del Todopoderoso en esta nueva misión que se les encomienda, y deseamos que la misma le sea fructífera, obrando los nuevos Síndicos en nombre de Dios y con la voz de la Asamblea, el Consistorio, y el Sumo Pontífice, siempre actuando en favor de los fieles aragoneses y de nuestra Santa Iglesia.

Augustina Krasoljuba Iločkog [Krasoljub] na položaj Kartulara za hrvatsko-jezično područje.
Obdaren svojim ovlastima, novi Kartular Kongregacije za Novi Apostolat imat će primarnu zadaću pomagati, savjetovati i podupirati Visokog Apostolskog povjerenika u razvoju Rimske Aristotelijanske Crkve na području njegova djelovanja.
Novi Kartular stupa na dužnost po objavi ovog imenovanja, te u tom trenutku molimo sve upravitelje, kler i vjernike Kraljevine Hrvatske da podupru i surađuju u njegovu radu.
Neka Svevišnji i Proroci blagoslove ga te mu podare ohrabrenje, snagu i nadahnuće za vršenje njegove službe.

Appointment of the Chartulary for the Croatian-speaking Region
Us, Francesco Maria Sforza,
Cardinal-Bishop of Saint Adonia in Trastevere in Our function of High Apostolic Commissioner and Chancellor of the Congregation for the New Apostolate,
Aiming to fulfill and execute the constant and perennial mission gived to this Congregation, we have decreed and determined and, by our present perpetual and final edict, we decree and determine the appointment of His Excellence mgr. Augustin Krasoljub Iločki [Krasoljub] to the position of Chartulary for the Croatian-speaking Region.
Imbued with its functions, the new Chartulary of the Congregation for the New Apostolate will have the primary task of assist, advise and help the Apostolic High Commissioner in the development of the Roman Aristotelian Church in his region of activity.
The new Chartulary takes office upon publication of this appointment, at which time we ask all governors, clergy and faithful of the Kingdom of Croatia, support and cooperate with his work.
May the Most High and the Prophets bless him and grant him encouragement, strength and inspiration for the exercise of his function.
Given in Rome, at the Palazzo dei Convertendi, on the twenty-second day of June in the year of Our Lord MCDLXXIV. Under the Pontificate of HH. Sixtus IV.

A fundamental step for every man and woman who chooses to become part of the Holy Roman Aristotelian Church is the sacrament of Baptism. It is the first and most important sacrament that unites the faithful forever to the entire Holy Church, therefore it is indispensable that who desires this sacrament is properly formed and prepared to know the principal truths of our True Faith.
However, We were able to personally verify that in a reality such as that of the Kingdom of Portugal it would be difficult for the faithful to take part in institutionalized courses, therefore, having heard the opinion of the Portuguese clergy, We establish that:
- all ordained clerics in possession of at least the diploma of Pastorale Maxima are authorized to hold basic training courses in preparation for Baptism..
- in these training courses, both personal and group, must contain the concise explanation of the Aristotelian Creed, the Dogma, the Book of Virtues and the structure of our Holy Church.
- however, We reiterate the opportunity to suggest to the faithful, especially those who manifest their intention to serve the Lord in the Holy Church, to also follow the Pastorale Base Course in universities or seminaries authorized by the Apostolic See..
This possibility is given in order to favor evangelization and the growth of the number of the faithful in the Kingdom of Portugal for the greater glory of the Most High and his Holy Aristotelian Church.

Sobre a formação dos catecúmenos para o sacramento do Batismo no Reino de Portugal
Nós, Francesco Maria Sforza,
Cardeal-Bispo de Santa Adónia em Trastevere na Nossa função de Alto Comissário Apostólico e Chanceler da Congregação para o Novo Apostolado,
Um passo fundamental para todo o homem e mulher que escolhe fazer parte da Santa Igreja Aristotélica é o sacramento do Batismo. É o primeiro e mais importante sacramento que une os fiéis para sempre a toda a Santa Igreja, sendo por isso indispensável que quem deseja este sacramento esteja devidamente formado e preparado para conhecer as principais verdades da nossa Verdadeira Fé.
Contudo, Pudemos verificar pessoalmente que numa realidade como a do Reino de Portugal seria difícil para os fiéis participar em cursos institucionalizados, pelo que, ouvido o parecer do clero português,
Estabelecemos que:
- todos os clérigos ordenados em posse de pelo menos o diploma de Pastoral Máxima estão autorizados a ministrar cursos de formação básica em preparação para o Batismo.
- nestes cursos de formação, tanto individuais como em grupo, deve constar a explicação concisa do Credo Aristotélico, do Dogma, do Livro das Virtudes e da estrutura da nossa Santa Igreja.
- contudo, Reiteramos a oportunidade de sugerir aos fiéis, especialmente àqueles que manifestem a intenção de servir o Senhor na Santa Igreja, que sigam também o Curso de Pastoral em universidades ou seminários autorizados pela Sé Apostólica.
Esta possibilidade é concedida com o objetivo de favorecer a evangelização e o crescimento do número de fiéis no Reino de Portugal para maior glória do Altíssimo e da sua Santa Igreja Aristotélica.
