Just wanted to point out that
Diocese of Glasgow :Bennett(Archbishop)(Vice-Primate of Scotland) is dead as of 12th of April. Is anybody keeping an eye on this situation?...

How long does the Church wait for the dead one to come back alive before giving up and removing the priest form the office?

The episcopal assembly is aware of this situation, thank you dear sister for concern. Well we try to wait as much as we can... but the assembly is dealing with it.
