Buongiorno a tutti, siamo qui oggi riuniti per discutere della domanda di scioglimento dal vincolo matrimoniale presentata in data 16 Novembre del 1473 dalla fedele Nancy Luna d'Avalos. Il matrimonio, contratto in data 2 Gennaio 1469 A.D. è stato celebrato a Como, Ducato di Milano, da S.Em. Alexandra Pamela Cagliostro d'Altavilla.
La causa della richiesta riportata è di estinzione dei sentimenti amorosi fra i coniugi, in quanto lo sposo non si è mai traferito nella città di residenza della sposa, cosa confermata dalle indagini svolte.

Segnalo di aver udito unicamente la parte qui presente, in quanto lo sposo, Bartolomeo Orsini, a detta del messaggero da me inviato per la convocazione, non ha avuto modo di leggere la mia missiva, in quanto risulta in ritiro dai frati dalla data 19 Gennaio di quest'anno.

Sono Nancy Luna d'Avalos, sposata da un bel pò di anni con Bartolomeo, purtroppo in questi anni di matrimonio sono rimasta quasi sempre da sola nella mia città, dove si era celebrato il matrimonio e dove c'era casa, la scomparsa dei sentimenti amorosi è venuta a mancare poco a poco, ci siamo visti pochissimo perché lui impegnato politicamente e non si è trasferito, dunque, per la sua lontananza e per non sentirmi più sola ad aspettare ciò che mai più sarà, mi sono decisa a chiedere la fine di questo matrimonio.

Con un lieve inchino andò a sedersi in attesa.
