Direct referral for the dissolution of the marriage between [Damien.fleau] and [Liliaza]
We, [Aerwan], in the capacity of Prefect of the Tribunal of the Roman Rota,
Considering the request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage between [Damien.fleau] and [Liliaza] filed on 22 February, 1474,
Considering the admissibility and relevance of the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Considering that the matter raised is not particularly complex and does not require investigations for the instruction of the proceedings;
Having regard to Canons 33, 42, 43 and 44 of Section C, Part IV, Book IV of the Code of Canon Law;
Refer directly to the Tribunal of the Roman Rota the decision on the aforementioned request for dissolution of the sacrament of marriage;
Appoint as members of the Tribunal for the proceedings ourselves as President and the Auditors [Puta_z_ryzmberka] and [Gonzalo_valmont];
Set the date of the first hearing for 29 February , 1474, with a term of 7 days from the date of the opening of the proceedings for the appearance of the parties;
Entrust the Rapporteur [Ferecide] with summoning the spouses and the witnesses to the proceedings, sending them a copy of this provision and indicating the deadline for appearance;
Remind that, in the event of failure to appear within the established term, the proceedings shall continue in absentia and that only within such term may the parties submit a request for recusal of one of the designated members of the Tribunal.

Nous, [Aerwan], en qualité de Préfet du Tribunal de la Rote Romaine,
Considérant la demande de dissolution du sacrement de mariage entre [Damien.fleau] et [Liliaza] déposée le 22 Février 1474,
Considérant la recevabilité et la pertinence de ladite demande de dissolution du sacrement de mariage ;
Considérant que la question soulevée n’est pas particulièrement complexe et ne nécessite pas d’enquêtes pour l’instruction de la procédure ;
Vu les Canons 33, 42, 43 et 44 de la Section C, Partie IV, Livre IV du Code de droit canon ;
Renvoyons directement au Tribunal de la Rote Romaine la décision relative à la susdite demande de dissolution du sacrement de mariage ;
Nommons comme membres du Tribunal pour la procédure nous-même en qualité de Président et les Auditeurs [Puta_z_ryzmberka] et [Gonzalo_valmont] ;
Fixons la date de la première audience au 29 février 1474, avec un délai de 7 jours à compter de la date d’ouverture de la procédure pour la comparution des parties ;
Confions au Rapporteur [Ferecide] la charge de convoquer les époux et les témoins à la procédure, en leur adressant une copie du présent acte et en indiquant le délai de comparution ;
Rappelons qu’en cas de défaut de comparution dans le délai imparti, la procédure se poursuivra par défaut et que ce n’est que dans ce délai que les parties peuvent présenter une demande de récusation de l’un des membres désignés du Tribunal.

Your honours, having analyzed the request, and following my investigations on the case, I have personally verified the disappereance of the bride exceeding the 3 month term for the request. Given the facts examined, I ask for an accelerated processual iter.
